Join us for a concert at the vineyard with Jeorge Holmes &  Diva Montell

Our polenta party dinner,is a casual family style rustic meal that originates from northern Italy served on a wooden board placed in the center of the table for everyone. The board is covered in a bed of cheesy garlic polenta with a splash of spinach for eye, popping color and flavor. It is topped with three delicious toppings. Our braised beef is cooked in a savory red wine from our vineyard with a balsamic tomato base. The next topping is a mild Italian sausage with an abundant amount of onions, & mixed bell peppers. The third topping is sautéed mushrooms in our favorite Chardonnay wine and garlic.
The meal is served with an arugula salad and dessert.
